5 Year Parts Warranty – All Parts that are Repaired during an active service agreement qualify for up to a 5–Year Parts Warranty, as long as the E.S.A. is renewed each year. 

No Overtime fees - Pay normal rates no matter what time an emergency comes up.

Priority Service – Move to the top of the list for emergency service over non–agreement customers.

Discounts on Service – Receive 7% off any Repairs 24 hours a day, all year long.

Discounts on Equipment – Receive valuable coupons for add on savings for new equipment and accessories that can be used with any other specials Enhanced Heating & Cooling offers to the general public.

Receive 2 Precision Tune-Ups - Below you will find a list of everything we clean, check, and record when we come out in the Fall/Winter to perform a Heating Precision Tune-Up. Also a list of what we clean, check, and record when we come out in the Spring/Summer to perform a Cooling Precision Tune-Up.

***Any Filters or Parts that may need to be updated or replaced would be an additional discounted rate. Indoor Coil cleaning and any R-22 or 410A that needs to be added to the system is an additional discounted repair.
